- Rule #1: Never send unsolicited message through our support desk. These will be automatically deleted and will likely never been seen by an actual human.
- Rule #2: If you receive an error of any kind, send a request to our support for a prompt solution. We can either explain the solution and how you can do it yourself, or we will do it for you.
- Rule #3: Always include your accurate contact information so we can follow up with you. Failing to do this is obviously going to result in us not being able to reply back.
