So we’ve all had Red Velvet cupcakes before, right? I hope you have, they’re my favorite, hands down. And I’ve come across many different variations, which in turn lead me to changing things here and there until I get something I adsoultly love. So here’s what I got:

Let’s begin, shall we….
Sometimes at work, we talk about anything but, and when one of my favorite Engineer Andy, and I were talking about desserts we liked, I mentioned my love for Tiramisu, and he of course went on to tell me that his mom makes the best, so I asked if he could get the recipe form her, and what seemed like months later he delivered.
Naturally, I went to the store that night to gather the few supplies I knew I didn’t have on hand; the ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, and I was in need of more heavy cream.
I love this super easy recipe, and so does my husband, so that’s a score in my book!
You can find this recipe one of Rachel Ray’s book, now I know there are a lot of people out there that don’t care for her, but lets admit, she can cook!
Or chicken enchiladas with green sauce….
