Eve….
Today has been one in the making for 6 months now. Over Labor Day weekend we found out our beloved golden retriever Eve had a cancerous tumor in her mouth, that would most likely spread along her gums, and up into her nose, and boy did it ever.

Cinnamon Roasted Almonds
When I think of Cinnamon Roasted Almonds, I think of the being roasted in one of those open slow roasters that turns (can you tell I don’t know what they are called??)
Well this is my version, and I loved they way they turned out, and they even have a taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch too them….gotta love a good cereal.
